Kelly P. Coffey, board certified in osteopathic medicine and surgery,  practices general orthopaedics.  He received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1989.  He received his Master of Science from Wayne State University in 1991.  He graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University in 1995.  After graduation from Michigan State University he attended the U.S. Navy Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program completing his internship at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital.

He completed an Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, as well as a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery.  He completed his residency at Michigan State University and Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, Michigan.  He was Chief Resident during the 2004-2005 academic year.

His professional associations include American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, Michigan Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association.
